Jack Edwards is somewhat barely acceptable just because he's clearly absolutely fucking insane and occasionally says entertaining shit. Unlike Steigy, who makes fun of guys who died tragically in a plane wreck on the anniversary of their death.

Avery is really just a pest, he hasn't been involved in too many dirty plays outside of some mean slashes.

Also Ken Daniels and Mickey Redmond are pretty much huge homers but they will usually call it like it is for penalties and if the Wings look bad. Redmond will never stop talking about how ticky-tack penalties would not be called in the old days and how composite sticks break too easily though.
