Also tied with the Habs for 6th now. Sup bro.
8-1-1 in the last ten.

And his statement is probably accurate. Granted it doesnt always happen, as theres always the possibility the 8th seeder will just be too worn down to match the energy Van will have, finishing 1st and coasting for a month isnt a good thing. Theres a reason that half of the playoffs is entirely about who gets hot at the right time.
I kinda feel bad for Toronto, they're playing pretty good now (15-6-5 in feb+march till now), but because they choked the first 2/3rd of the season, they might not make it to the playoffs.
Fluery gave credit to the twins and Kesler. What Fluery said isn't 100% inaccurate, it's just the way that he said it. Luongo is the key, and based on his play this season hard not to think Fluery is incorrect with his prediction.
Unless you have an eye on Luongo, many don't know that he's played less games and there is much less stress on him. When he's not playing, he knows his backup is capable of winning. No longer with the C, he can focus on stopping the puck.
Fluery was once a great player, sad that he's turned into a douche even after his BS in Europe.
Making it harder for the Sabres not to have to play Philly![]()
If we get a little less Mike Green and a lot more Real American Hero John Carlson, everyone wins.

Kings season may have just ended.
Edit: Kopitar down
Dustin Brown may be hurt now too. Holy cow lol
Too bad we started so awfully. Phaneuf took a blade in the leg (which I'm guessing had a far more drastic effect on his play this season than he let on), Armstrong broke both his feet (He doesn't do much... and yet we're overwhelmingly on the + in W/L when he's in), Giguere blew his groin out every 2 months.I kinda feel bad for Toronto, they're playing pretty good now (15-6-5 in feb+march till now), but because they choked the first 2/3rd of the season, they might not make it to the playoffs.
Lesson 1 for the Maple Marlies: If you throw the early season, you leave March purely up to someone else.
But that's okay. Leafs fans have no need for logic or reason. Reimer is 8-0-1 in his last 9 road starts - He is Ron Wilson's winning formula (stop fucking with the lines ron). The fact is a loss tonight and a buffalo win does not equal a playoff berth
D Brown is alright.

Kopitar borked his ankle, out 6 weeks.
Marco's first with the Caps! Nice follow-up there.
Okay here we go leafs. 2 min of posession battling, then Reimer makes the first good save
-Grabovski with a slot attempt 5h, saved. Phaneuf with a block
-Buffalo scores. Then Carolina scores....
Then Detroit scores

Edit: Forgot, we don't win on Saturday
Well, with Kopitar out now, the Playoffs are going to be very slim to make and even then, we will prob go out in 4-5 games without a true #1 center.
Losing Kopitar is just way to costly for us.
