Pretty much how the Kings have been all year. we have 6 20 goal scorers but losing Kopitar hurt a lot. The good news is if Williams checks out later today, he might be back to start Game 1 so that will give us some offense back.

Penner and Smyth need to pull their heads out of their ass and score again. Smyth had 2 in the last 2 games but Penner hasnt done shit since his first 5 games with the Kings.

Heart goes out to Calisto / Isladar, but thank God the Wings won. If Nashville ended up in 7th because of that SO win bullshit, I would have flipped. Crazy ass game especially as the Hawks had a legit goal opportunity with about 1.5 seconds left.

Fixed for accuracy. Hawks are done, I'm over it. Really sucks but it's not like they didn't have every opportunity, they went like 2/25 on the PP down the last stretch of games, and blew somewhere around 15 games where they were leading or tied going into the third. Even if they got in, the inability to score on the PP or close teams out late would've put them out early anyways(hi2u Caps). Sucks that even after the Cup and a damn promising set of prospects for the next several years we're still little brother to the Wings, but they're a hell of a franchise.
