Oh man, what a night. Maple Leafs continue to troll the fuck out of everyone. Malkin looks about as good as I would on a penalty shot. Orr gets fucking bitchslapped. Stamkos scores a pretty goal to send Habs to OT and begin the Carey Price watch. Caps survive a 3rd period surge from the Isles, but between them not covering and the 'Nucks collapse I'm still a loser.

The ads aren't on the actual glass, they're super-imposed via computer by the TV station, fans inside the actual arena don't see them. Comcast does it here too.

Don't say I didn't warn ya. Too be fair the game winning goal was due to a blatant too many men on the ice on Anaheim's part. Bobby Ryan checked Henrik when the guy he was replacing was still on the ice. Due to the massive confusion Edler was the only dman in our zone, just a major fuck up. Refs were terrible all night.

Edit: how fucking long am I gonna have to wait for Rafalski to go on IR? If Detroit doesn't place him on IR am I just fucked?

And Mike Green has a shoulder stinger, listed as day-to-day. He was playing a hell of a game too, really looked good in the neutral zone and on defense. Unfortunately John Carlson made some blatant rookie mistakes, got turned around a couple times and wasn't nearly physical enough along the boards or in front. Pretty much led to the Isles' only goal. Gonna be some growing pains with this kid it seems, he's no Drew Doughty. Yet.

Can't wait. I realllly hope Dallas comes out motivated to win their home opener, and even moreso against Mo. We're usually pretty pumped against the Wings, it'd be awesome to beat them, Mo, and go 3-0. Dallas hasn't won 3 games straight since Feb '09.

Still playing. I doubt he'll get anything. It was his wife causing the commotion, he was just there. I think the reports said he didn't even have a BAC over .08. Frasno is a rich neighbhorhood and supposedly the cops there can be quiet douchy.
