If they are doing strongholds to instances, That prob means we are not gonna be able to exp as good as we can now in the strongholds, If at all.

Almost anything that I have as a qualm with the game currently I don't really see as a problem ultimately, since they have been touching on all the flaws, major or minor, as they go along. The glaring issue I am having now is the playerbase! First, there is barely anyone playing, and second, the game is currently filled with a bunch of angry jaded assholes who have been playing for the past year and just complain about everything. I don't know how they could do it but they need to draw in some fershblood in my opinion, someone who won't ceaselessly compare everything to ff11 and bitch.

They really need to make it so you can change the price of your items without having to take them off your bazaar and find them again to relist it. I feel like I spend half my play time these days just relisting things that people undercut. That or allow you to set automatic minimums so that when someone undercuts you your product will automatically undercut theirs. Kinda like how eBay works but the other way around. Or just get rid of the retarded price listing and show a price history to get rid of this terrible gameplay mechanic.

Not the AH per se, but price history is coming in 1.20. We're also going to be able to buy right from the search list.

So... came back and started playing last night after I got bored of dark souls and skyrim. Decided to get my own chocobo and found the quest line completely ridiculous having to do basically the same few quests three times in a row. I mean really. Go here, almost the same cut scene, insert different mob, same cut scene, repeat 3-4 times per company. I guess they were trying to drag out some time in allowing you to get your own chocobo but come on. Would have much rather had a longer series of quests just from one company than all these repeats.

Second complaint, and this might just be because of all the repeats I experienced, but I find myself enter spamming through almost all the quests I did today after I completed the first one. Maybe my reading level is dwindling or I'm spoiled by voice acting in skyrim and dark souls but I really hate reading all these thick accents in the game. It just takes me too much brain power I guess to understand what is going on or to even care. Don't shoot me for this statement, but I never had this problem in XI. I was always interested in the story(my interest was perked when cid walked into the picture today when getting my chocobo) while playing XI and completely understood it no problem.

I'm still playing again now for over 2 weeks... but I have a hard time seeing anything to attract anyone from other games to try it out. I have been trying to talk some friends into checking it out and I have been completely honest in describing the game, so at the moment none seem interested. I tried to get them on the fact that there is content that won't exist after 2.0 comes out, and the concensus there seems to be who cares about shitty broken content based around shitty broken gameplay and UI. The game is still clunky especially after level 30, it doesn't help that apparently making any content below 50 is useless because people coming into the game are so outnumbered by people with 50s that they just get run through that content PL style for gear or quest completion. I suppose a much better stimulus for such content is needed to encourage people to do it at the right level ranges.

My hopes rose for the game. But sitting at 50 MRD and leveling a bunch of shit I hate for abilities, and working on putting together the best possible gear, all bought with materia added except for Ifrit's axe, I can imagine within the next few weeks I'll have nothing to do (i.e. nothing that interests me to do) and probably won't pay to log in and chat with people I can skype!
