    Yes, it isn't specific to helixes, it's just that helixes are the only low base damage spells anyone casts. The lower the base damage the less a multiplier like MAB will do for you.

    sup guys!

    last update SE mentioned something bout enhancing magics previous cap on spells liek stoneskin/phalanx being lifted or something, i think.

    anyone know what exactly was done and what are the new caps?

    Everything but ss had it's cap removed.

    Even Haste? What spells does it apply to? I haven't heard of any increases in Protect/Shell/Haste/Regen/Refresh or even Barspells... could be wrong though.

    Does anyone have any idea what the spawn conditions for the Caturae (Sippoy, Kutharei, Yaanei)?

    Probably because they aren't affected by skill...?

    Except barspells, which had the cap removed.

    Caps being removed implies there was a cap to be had. Poor form to call someone a douche because they answered your question and you didn't understand what the answer pertained to.

    They pop after killing the zone-appropriate Ironclad(wandering one, not triggered, in the case of misareaux) and depop 10(?) minutes later if unclaimed. If claimed, they'll depop after a full hate reset. At least, this is my understanding of it. Have confirmed Sippoy was up several times after killing executioner, but not done further testing due to job configuration.

    Yes he did, you are just being an idiot. Spells that are not affected by skill in the first place don't have a cap to remove. Stoneskin is the only spell with a cap that wasn't removed.

    Only one of the things you mentioned had a cap, everything else is static (ignoring number of merits). I don't see what he missed in answering you.
