Did anyone else updateresources this morning and have all spells/abilities stop working in spellcast? I got the files off of my laptop from a week ago and they work fine again.

When trying to proc a grellow, for all people able to get it within a few minutes, is there a particular order of elements you go when checking? Ive usually had my friends try Element of Day -> Element strong to day -> other shit, but i wanna try and guarantee it for the next couple Cirein pops we have. Any strats for proccing grellow more efficiently?

As of 5:52PM EST resources/*.xml is fully fixed, supposed to be a resources.xml coming along shortly as well, for recast (/lurking in windower IRC)

It's already out, just downloaded it.

EDIT: Or not? I just crashed when I restarted POL to load the new version.

So I recently came back to the game, leveling my Monk up. Was reading about Asuran Fists not being so good anymore? Was wondering what is the new WS, Asetics Fury? Tornado Kick? Howling?

Ascetic's is a beast with Atma of the Razed Ruin. Victory Smite might be stronger still. Tornado Kick is still strong but Footwork fell behind this update, maybe better if you're using AF3+2 gear but I haven't kept up with MNK math since the update.

Continuing the resources.xml topic, new version was released about 15 minutes ago and I'm no longer crashing.

I am sorry if this has been answered but I am wondering if anyone has any info on the +1 trial weapons such as Shamshir +1 and the +1 Elemental staves.

Basicly I am wondering if by adding +1 to these weapons if SE is hinting at the upgrade path ending with these.

I want to start the Elemental Staves(all 8) but hope that they are upgraded again in Dec.

I realize that more than likely no one has this info but still wonder if maybe it is floating around out there. Thank you for all the help.
