He has blu and doesn't suck, gonna guess Ardor Pendant.

Ya, I'll definitely be using that over Ritter Gorget when I get my hands on it (And Breath sets are like sub-sub important for me inventory-wise).
Wondering if anyone has gotten a reverend fists +1 yet or anyone in their ls?
If so, how is Victory Smite? Average WS damage (in abyssea and out of abyssea)? (assuming abyssea includes atmas)
Romain of Asura has them, but I haven't really seen him use them. We're in the same ls, but our play times rarely overlap.
A mnk on Alla got a pair of them. he hasn't given us any tests though and it's been over a week. Only thing he did was victory smite (in abyssea) with his TP gear and was getting 1.5-2k
most were at 100% tp, dont remember which, but one was at 200% (nothing special), and 2 at 300% (1700~ range), used a mithkabob on the last 8~. the few times i had the chance to skill chain nothing did, will try more later, will post a small vid shortly.I'd assume killshots on some of the lower end smites.usu head, body, and feet, byakko's, cerb mantle +1, faith torque, melee +1 gloves, brutal / hollow, rajas / ulthalam, black tath
my atma list is pretty weak, i was using sellsword, and ambition
boost before ws, didnt swap gloves, didnt macro anything for the ws either

Seeing as it's a crit ws, I'm sure this will beat Ascetic's fury when paired with the crit atmas.
I saw in the weapon thread that some MNKs are using RR atma with sanguine scythe one. Whats the crit hit damage on Sanguine Scythe? 10%?
Not sure on the %, but between the two of them, I've been seeing 4k Ascetic furies.
Violet definitely produces higher averages and better damage over time. The main appeal of sanguine scythe is that it also adds a bit of survivability for fights like Bukhis where it could be wanted.
was there ever a verified effect of the abyssites that say "greater fortune with color pyxides in Abyssea."
I just reactivated my account today and it appears i've been server transfered, all my sellable items were sold, and i'm missing alot of other items. I contacted SE and theyre having my account rolled back, but I forgot to ask them a few questions... it would help me alot of someone could fill me in on how long it takes to rollback your account once someones hacked you, and can you log onto the account while it's being rolled back?
Whats General consensus of Juogi for SAM?
Why it sucks, or why its good?
I don't really see any situations that you would want to sacrifice body slots STP since every GK should be aiming for a 5hit. I may be wrong though.
Probably a silly question (shit is situational) but...
Aside from 5/5 physical potentcy and 5/5 Assimilation what do people recommend for BLU specific merits?
how long would a mictlantecuhtli duo take with an above average rdm and cor?
Do Crapaudy/Squibs give ruby light?
For Cat 2, im gonna say Enchainment all the way. Diffusion is so situational and the time on Convergence kills the utility of it.
For Cat 1, you're gonna either want 5/5 CA recast or if you find yourself using magical spells cap Magical Accuracy. Capping CA would be the safer choice granted how easy it is to use atma or macc drinks to fill in resist cracks on mobs in Abyssea.
For Ranger you're best bets are going to be either the max damage (NM path) or STR path Gun or Bow. If you're a crossbow enthusiast, the new Virtus Crossbow from Titlacauan in Abyssea-Attohwa is the new best option there.Originally Posted by Holly Short
If you aren't really up for the commitment of those, the WSDMG and STP path weapons offer quicker results but largely the STP path depends on your gear.
For MNK, the leading weapons are pretty much the same as RNG. The Revenant Fists+1 (max DMG NM path) are looking to be worth it for unlocking Victory Smite and the STR path offers high damage, STR and ATT though Abyssea makes these stats less of a big deal via Atmas. The OA3 path is the standard for Footwork builds though the OA2 path can serve the same purpose.
DRG? Last I heard the contenders were again STP for an X-hit, OAT for increased WS frequency and WSDMG as a quick and dirty alternative to the other two. Im sure a DRG main could give you more detail here.
Group 1: 5/5 MACC or Chain Affinity Recast. If you find yourself seeking more macc for nukes or debuffs (stunlocking resistant NMs perhaps), macc would be the way to go. Otherwise, CA recast for sure.
Group 2: I recommend at least 3 merits in Enchainment. We have a strong damage varies with TP spell for CA now, so it's more widely useful than before. Beyond that, I put one merit into Convergence (mostly for the single-target option) and one into Diffusion. Diffusion's not as useful these days, but I still use it from time to time and I prefer having that option over 10 more TP for Chain Affinity. Your call.
