2 questions for mnk:

Assuming no usukane: Oat or Oathrice h2h?
If footwork is outclassed, are both usurped by str taipans?

For standard mode, OA2 keeps up quite well with other magian weapons, perhaps a bit ahead depending on circumstances. However it precludes you getting the OA2-3, so generally not advised, given that options such as the Fire Taipans perform similarly.

OA2-3 in standard mode is terrible for damage, but great for TP gain/samba if /dnc.

Fire Taipan +1s beat OA2-3 Footwork for any gear setup save Tantra +2. With full Tantra +2, OA2-3 Footwork is well ahead of standard weapon options.
