1 point in martyr is nice for those random occasions where you get silenced and someone needs a cure right away. Not gonna use it often, but more useful than a 5th point in devotion I think. Aren't cure cast time merits useless? Or did that whole 35% tier business get debunked?

How do you unrage glavoid? People sayin it used to do 150-200 a hit, now doing 600+ a hit. weve been fighting since about 7:30 or 45. 75 mins or so i think total abyss time.

Does anyone know what the WSC alpha value is at level 85, and if the formula on the OtherWiki for elemental WS damage is correct? Too lazy to go test atm.

This is kind of tough to explain, so hear me out:

I'm deciding if i should upgrade my foragers mantle, but, with abyssea i'm wondering if there will be a JSE backpiece for DRK in december's expac. So far, each expac of abyssea has introduced 1 accessory per job. Right now, DRK has a belt and necklace. Seems these are the AF3 accessories, for all intents and purposes. Now, I wonder if DRK will even get a mantle at all, since AF2 was a mantle, and the 2 abyssea accessories were the neck/waist. Does anyone know of a JSE or af3 accessory for another job that is the same slot as the AF2 accessory?

So I'm about to come back to FFXI (fml), and I've been reading up on stuff, but what I can't find is whether things like Limbus, Dynamis, Nyzul, Salvage etc cap you at 75.

So... what kind of old content is capped/uncapped?

Would anyone offhand know if Quick Draw is effected by Magic Critical stuff? Trying to piece together a Quick Draw set for Thief and surprisingly there's very little in the way of Magic Attack Bonus stuff I can wear, so I'm trying to fill in some gaps.

To answer my own question, I went and killed 30 rabbits out in West Sarutabaruta in what patchwork Quick Draw gear I had. Consistent damage of 344 on them aside from two resists that were 172. Was wearing 14% worth of Magical Crit Rate gear, so I think it is reasonable to expect to have seen one in that time. I know the sample size is pretty worthless, but it's good enough for me.
