When does the fatigue system reset?

Did it reset on Tuesday? I've had it reset for me on Tuesday twice, and it reset for an LS mate on a Tuesday also.

Last week I hit surplus at like ~2pm EST on Thursday and it was gone at ~9pm EST that night. No joke. This was for ARM and I've hit surplus again as of yesterday sometime. Going to keep my eye out tomorrow night, but who knows.

Except that the only way to prove that is by collecting data that shows people carrying fatigue over through every single day of the week. Which I just don't think has happened yet. We can make all kinds of assumptions and use gut feelings, but not having proof is not having proof. Some people are ok with being 98% certain, but if you always take that approach, you're going to be wrong 1 out of 50 times. So until it's proven, it's an unsettled question in my mind.

Maybe someone has an alternate means of proving that there's not a global reset timer. But just observing peoples' fatigues wearing off at different times doesn't mean anything, since SE is quoted as saying that it gradually decays up until the point that it could be theoretically back to 0 before the week is up.
