    problem installing ffxiv

    Hi guys, I tried getting help from SE support but they won't respond until monday...so heres my dilemma, I'm pretty computer retarded so bare w/ me lol I have an Asus n51v series and windows 7 this laptop is 1 yr old so I figured I would be able to run the game...

    but after installing I get an error message while clicking on he icon to open ffxiv saying ''A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.'' I have no idea how to fix this so any help would be greatly appreciated !

    Not completely sure if your laptop can run 14, but anyway, crash is mostlikely caused by outdated drivers, hit up www.nvidia.com and get your drivers (model is GT 130M)

    thanks sruon, i'm still unable to get past the error though... guessing my laptop cant run it heh

    nvidia geforce gt240m and duo p8700 too weak right?
