Benchmark; program stopped working

Hello all! A friend of mine told me to register here to ask this question as I haven't had any luck finding someone that knows the answer to this.

So I've downloaded the FFXIV benchmark to see how my laptop would fare.
At first, I was confronted with the error of missing the d3dx9_41.dll file.
I remedied this by installing Direct X and running the executable after the install.
The d3dx9_41.dll error disappeared, but now whenever I try running the benchmark test I get the message that the program has stopped working, and it closes down.
I've tried running it as Administrator, but no dice. Also updated my graphic drivers.
Can my laptop just not run it?

Specs? Has stopped working error is drivers or unsuffiscient hardware 90% of the time.

Intel (R) Pentium (R) Dual CPU T3200 @ 2.00GHz
Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family

That's probably where it's being an epic fail...

The Intel chipset is the culprit.
