Teleport (the menu action you use with anima) works on the whole party, regardless of whether they've visited the destination or not.

It's from Shield. Sentinel is the class you "become" when you have a shield on, which allows you to learn Sentinel abilities. First one is at rank 10.

Like say im physical 18 and im working on conj 10. My stats are reduced to what they would be if I was physical 10 as well?

I've seen this mentioned before but I think it got buried in the last random question thread. After a friend uses my buddy code, is he required to purchase the game or can he just begin paying the monthly subscription? I think someone said he didn't need to buy the game afterward but was hoping there was an official word somewhere I can link to.

For the person asking about PUG weapons your only real choice is Bone Hora til Buffalo Leather/straps stops being so rare. Antelope Sinew Cords are the cockblock for those. Expensive vendor item in Ul'dah + leatherworking synth to make unless there is a low leve antelope farm that I don't know about.

Haven't heard of anyone on faction leves yet; farthest missions seem to be the beginning of the 4th string around 21+, and I haven't heard of any NMs outside of within the missions, which are all but soloed.

Guild Marks: How Do You Get Them?

I know you get the from guildleves, but are they just random as to what job they are offered to? Friend started as thauma to 12 then swapped to Conjurer as a main job but has only been offered Thauma guild marks. Is this pure coincidence or do you have to do something in game to tell the game that you want other marks?

rank 20+ leves its random which job you get them for and when you get them

You're not going to get offered Guild Marks for a class that's lower than Rank-10 or so and not on leves that are lower than Rank~20 (as far as I've seen since closed beta). If you accept a leve that rewards one class' Guild Marks, the rewards are not going to change just because you switched classes.

Yeah I didn't know if you had to like talk to the new class's guild mark npc before you got the leve to make sure it was going to be that class and not just purely random. Thanks for the info.

Follow Up question, so if you are going to get Thaumaturge marks but aren't level 12, do you just not get them, or do you get them and are just unable to use them?

Don't hold me to this since my memory is hazy on it, but in OB I'm pretty sure that Lone Wolves drop antelope sinew and possibly also buffalo hide.

Does anybody happen to have saved to their computer anywhere the various patchnotes from alpha through closed beta and so on? I'd like to keep and compile them properly for personal reference tracking the changes SE make to the game.

It's possible they were all posted in the IX other threads of this type, but at 100 pages each, I'm not sure I have the stamina (har har, a metagame pun ¬_¬) to go look for them all.
