You can equip max 12 slot points (it's written on the armor how much they cost)
So Rings earring and necklace all share the 12 points

I think at this point in the game, you can wear no more than 6 accessories at once as they all cost 2 slots... I think.
There's a few that cost 3 once you get higher up. I thought you'd get more slots as your PL increased, but I've seen nothing so far so far at PL 33(which isn't that high but...)
I expect some "selling points" on future, questionable accessories will be lower stats but lower slot usage. Then we'll have the awesome accessories with like Slot Cost: 6
The higher level accessories have higher slot costs, making 99.9% of them either completely useless or only marginally better than the brass shit that takes 2 slots.
Yeah it is silly, because while the higher stuf has better stats you can equip more of the lower stuff and have it add up. Plus it will be cheaper to repair. I'm not a fan of slot costs, they should just let you pick 4 or 5 accessory slots out of however many there is and get rid of costs.
How do I get crafting guildmarks? Ive done 4 r20 blacksmith leves, and nothin
Randomly tried Parley in Uldah tonight with a tin ore. Despite winning four times by a large margin, I got no additional ore. I triple checked. After winning the first time, I tossed an extra item into my retainer to ensure I had inventory space.
Has anyone *gained* anything doing parley with the npcs?
I have yet to find an NPC other than the tutorial NPCs that offer Parley. When you do Parley with them, you just get your item back when you win and gain nothing... Though I haven't lost yet.
I was just told it does list Guild Marks as a reward, even for Local Leves.
ok ~
new question, it now says "you are awarded bonus experience points" when im crafting. Someone explain how that works?
Bonus Skill is just their renaming of Surplus Skill. It means you've hit the fatigue threshold and a % of your earned skill or exp is being deducted and re-routed into some imaginary rank/level system that has absolutely zero purpose (thus far, and probably ever).
False Local leaves dosn't show MArks.
Took a weaver leave yesterday in Limsa, lv 20, and got nothing in the page.
When i finished it it gave me 600 weaver's mark
Random question for random thread.
If down the road I wanted to level blacksmithing, and assuming I've got the supply of fire crystals, could I feasibly skill up just turing ores into nuggets? (Also doing local leves, of course). Or, would I have to a lot of other crafting too?
I'm debating if I should hang on to some stacks of low level ores for this the future (and if so, can anyone recommend how many?) or if it's just not worthwhile and I should do other stuff.
Thanks!
Do all level 20 local leves give guild marks, or is it random? Please don't tell me that we now have to guess if we'll get rewards or not ~.~;;
