Herpaderpa, I was misreading that your weaving was 21. Sounds like it's likely that your Weaving is simply not high enough.

What error message do you get when you try to synth it? Is the recipe showing up in the recipe list and you're actually selecting it and going all the way to the confirmation screen?

Yeah it's a Rank 38 synth according to bruiser's brainpower. I thought you would count the rank you can attempt it at so ignore that.

Edit: Judging from your chatlog, I guess we need more than 21 leather as well?

I've always wondered about that message. It's telling you it's not high enough, and then it lets you do it anyway. And it's not even hard, it always succeeds in my experience.

It makes me wonder if there's a totally different recipe that uses exact same ingredients that is not even showing on the list because your leathercrafting is too low. But not sure.

Yeah rolled with a LS that broke up within the first 4 days.... fucking retarded. So like me, 5 friends and a shit ton of aussies and JP on the server.

I got 7 levels on LW today to try this dam hat... and at 21 LW I gave up. At least I made a good 400k on dodo vamps. And it wont even let you attempt it. It just flat out shuts you down and tells you to GTFO.

If it isn't 15, it's probably 25. I think recipes (subs) require you to be either x1 or x5 (assuming of course your cc is high enough).

Yesterday I got guild marks from a 20 leve that was not in the initial leve card. Assuming that is what u mean by predetermined yah?

Edit: Also FYI, but if u try and repair something while someone's inventory is full you will auto fail 5he repair. Think I remember reading about someone failing 9x and not understanding why, that was probably the reason.

And yes u still lose the mats on the fail

Well you can still complete synths if your subcraft is low. Having it be too low is just like missing a training or something.

You sure they were doing "Canvas" hat? I swear I remember not being able to do it at 27 (I tried this every rank 25+ till it let me).... Anyway there is no way they are doing that hat with any reasonable amount of success. I had a Rank 32 weaver do mine and he failed 6 times before making 1. I myself tried it and failed 6 times without even getting close to a success.
