Also not sure if you noticed, but they said time flows differently on the island, so there's an inevitable manga time skip coming. Then they'll go back to the main land, Rickett will be all old and grizzled, turning into Guts, demons start mating with humans to create hybrids or some shit. Who knows. We'll be lucky if this finishes, ever.

Makoto Fukami (Psycho-Pass, Ōsama-tachi no Viking, Yuruyuri San Hai!) is supervising the series scripts in collaboration with Takashi Yamashita (Cencoroll). Hisashi Abe (Pet Shop of Horrors, Gunslinger Girl, Chobits) is designing the characters. Shiro Sagisu (Berserk films, Neon Genesis Evangelion, Megazone 23) is composing the music. LIDEN FILMS is credited for production, while GEMBA and Millepensee are credited for animation production.

Susumu Hirasawa (Berserk series and films, Millennium Actress, Paranoia Agent) is composing an insert song for the anime titled "Hai yo" (Ash).

I dunno how I feel about this...it's not amazingly bad just super average and plain. That's kinda impressive considering how nuts the source material is.

Berserk is one of the most detailed manga around (you can't surpass the art quality of a chapter in production for like 6 years) so it doesn't surprise me they're going to 3D since it would be easier in the long run but...

It just looks so unexciting and even the still shots of people talking that look like they could (or should) be hand drawn are crappy.
