Might be less daunting to watch the movies first but it's about the same. As bad as the animation is (sliding horses lol) at times it's still Berserk I have mixed feelings about this.

Puck's gag form is weird as well... and in general.

The story is interesting. I think it's a good introduction but should go watch the original first. Gonna put this on hold for now.

Who’s idea was it to animate berserk like that? the CGI has inexpressive 3D models. they is no life to these characters at all. I love Berserk but fuck this shit.

yeah. there is some 2D animation which is very weird. CGI then out of the blue hand-drawn animation.

yup, kinda makes me sad... then again animating berserk would take a hell of a lot of episodes. Someone probably just shit a pile of cash on the guys desk and said "make this happen, in X episodes, I don't care how it happens, just get it done"
