It was already posted in the capcom announcement, but whatever, it deserve its own thread!

I really hope keiji inafune isn't bullshitting when he says he cares about that franchise more than any others (at least, he was consistent over the last 10 years in interview about mml3). There is so much potential in this franchise it would be a shame if they fail this time.

Also, I cant wait to see the Bones and servbot back in action. They were by far the best part!

Oh my bad I didn't even see that thread. 3 in the morning, all that. I just hope they can get the same voice actors for Tron and Teisel and the Serve bots. This will probably be the first portable game I refuse to play without sound.

Nice. 3DS' games already sounded pretty good, but this convinced me to buy one.

I just hope this means they'll release MML1 and 2 on PSN to celebrate this or some shit.

Ditto. I never got around to beating MML2 since I was only able to rent it back in the day. Made an ISO rip of it once, but apparently the disc was badly scratched and I couldn't proceed in an emulator halfway through the game.

I do own the notoriously bad port of MML1 for PC though, complete with no alpha transparency, and every voiced cutscene getting out of sync with the video.....

Both mml and mml2 can be played perfectly on emulator. You just need to find the right audio plugin to avoid the out of sync sound. The game actually look great with a few filter on.

Now megaman threads will be free of this curse for awhile. Maybe.

In between the time of Dash 2 and 3 Third person shooters have improved a lot. Fortunate that this is going on a portable.

3DS will also ensure it'll keep its cartoony look, as I highly doubt they'd have ever kept that in for the PS3/360 unless they were aiming for a digital-download market.

Real shame too, I've been waiting ages for a simple-styled anime/cartoon styled game to come out on current-gen platforms. Thankfully Level5 seems to be filling the cake with Ni No Kuni which is looking absolutely fucking gorgeous.

wait wait wait... when was DNF ever back on track? Last i heard it was dead.

Now i want a 3ds just to play this lol. 3ds is shaping up to be the snes of handhelds. by that i mean more legendary games then any console to come for years. I still play my snes just cause i loved the games on it so damn much.

off to play some lufia 2 while ff14 is having maintenance ;p
