0083 Stardust memory suits are in? Hell yeah.
http://www.andriasang.com/e/blog/201...ou_3_matching/We already knew Gundam Musou 3's online play was being beefed up
with four player co-op support. At the game's completion ceremony
event earlier today, Namco Bandai revealed another way the game
will refine the online experience: background matchmaking.
Gundam Musou 3 can be set to have matching take place in the
background. This means you'll be able to play the game's story mode
while you're being matched up with other players for an online play
session.
The updated online play system was just one of a number of
features that were highlighted at the event. As detailed at
Famitsu.com, Namco Bandai also announced paid download content.
Gundam Musou 3 will, like its predecessor, offer weekly download
content updates. These will include new missions, scenarios and even
Mobile Suits. Two paid Mobile Suit downloads were announced:
Gundam UC's Kshatriya and Gundam OO's Susanoo. Pricing and
release time frame were not announced.
Namco Bandai shared a trailer that highlights many of the new
features. You can view the trailer here:
I found a big info dump with all features that's known so far and some new ones that was shown today, but I'm too tired atm to find it and copy it all, so I'll do it later on today when I get on.
Might have to make a double post to fit all this in(Limited Text atm). Note: Some of this is old, while some is new, a lot of this might be new to some people.

Graphical Changes
Graphic style is changed to using cell-shading
Camera angle is changed to be closer to get a better look at the
new cell-shaded graphic, and will change further on certain
occasions such as MS transformation or Unicorn Gundam turning
its Destroy Mode on
HP bar is now located at top left just like Hokuto Musou (FoTNS
Ken's Rage)
Gameplay Changes
Partner Strike
A new addition here is having support mech which will provide
support fire when called
The C-like thing above is the gauge to call a Partner Strike, and
when filled out, you can press R2 to call
Ways to fill the Partner Strike gauge are by conquering an Outpost
Base, or getting Partner Call items from enemy ace drops or item
boxes
Selectable partner seems to be not only using MS but also MA, since
Psyco Gundam is also selectable in the TGS demo
Examples of support attacks
Heero Yuy - Wing Gundam Zero: Shoots twin buster rifle forward
Kamille Bidan - Gundam Mk-II: Shoots bazooka from above
Four Murasame - Psycho Gundam: Makes a wide-range explosion
Cecily Fairchild - Gundam F91: Replenishes portion of morale gauge
Master Asia - Master Gundam: Launches Choukyu Haou Den'eidan
Dozle Zabi - Big Zam: Fires mega beam cannon
Duo Maxwell - Deathscythe Hell: Swings scythe circularly
Ple-Two - Quin Mantha: Launches funnels at various directions
Haman Karn - Qubeley: Launches funnels around herself
There may be around 50 selectable partner mechs (49-51)
AI, Morale, Respawn
Enemy AI is made much more aggressive that you could die in a few
hits if not careful
You can respawn under certain conditions because the enemy AI is
becoming so aggressive that proceeding with the usual manner
would become problematic this time around
The morale gauge has been reworked. Now there are two different
morale bars similar to Gundam vs Gundam: Blue for allied army and
Red for enemy army. The bars are depleted when bases are taken
by opposing army or named aces are defeated
The blue morale bar represents allied army's morale. As long as this
bar isn't empty, ally aces including yourself can keep respawning
The portion of morale bar that are taken will be used to replenish
your HP when respawning. For the last respawn that empties the
morale bar, you might not respawn with full HP so be careful with
that
The red morale bar represents enemy army's morale. Same with
the ally one, enemy aces will also respawn while this bar isn't
empty. Once the bar is emptied out, the enemy boss will appear
The general victory conditions are:
Victory - Reduce enemy morale gauge to zero and defeat the
enemy boss
Defeat - Get shot down when ally morale gauge is empty
HP Regeneration
HP Regen is added to the game. When taking damage there are
grayed portions in the HP bar. After a while of not taking damage
the portion flashes and the HP regens in accordance to the portion
It looks like not only your own unit but all other MS in the stage also
have HP regen
Emergency Dash
When you are being juggled by enemies, you can press dash to
execute a swift evasive dash
You can also execute an emergency dash in the middle of S-string
attack
Induced Explosion
When you destroy enemy MS using a charge attack or a SP attack,
when they explode there will be a pink blast
This blast will damage nearby enemy units as well and could cause
chain explosions
Last bit.Special Fields *NEW*
Some bases now have specific roles and effects when captured and
symbolized by certain labels. Examples are
Main Base A
When captured, the strength of army who first held the base
decreases greatly
Main Base B
Capturing this certain type of enemy base will cause enemy aces to
stop respawning
Catapult
Enables you to go into another specified base instantly
Outpost Base
When this base is conquered, one Partner Strike gauge will be
instantly filled. Also, as long as this base is in possession, the PS
gauge will be filled by itself
Communication Facility
Ally base: Allows ally reinforcements to be called in
Enemy base: If captured, enemy reinforcements will retreat
Missile Base
Launches missiles to a specified enemy field if conquered
Newtype Laboratory
The army that conquers this field gets increased strength
Repair Hangar
Allows grunts for army that conquers the field to regen their HP
Mobile Suit Lab *NEW*
Instead of parts, MS assembly will be done by collecting MS
blueprints and assemble it by paying money
MS blueprints will have ranks, and the MS stats will be determined
by it
There will be missions which will unlock higher rank for the
blueprints
Others
(Rumor: Smash Attack may have been removed?)
Grunt MS will also have charges and aerial attacks this time around
The license system has been changed. Now by using a MS with a
certain default pilot (e.g. Setsuna in 00 Raiser) for about 5 times,
the license for it will be unlocked at a shop so that other
characters can purchase the licenses there *NEW*
SP stock level is now determined by pilot's level rather than MS
parts
There may be around 60 (61-63) total playable pilots, new and
returning
On the pre-sortie menu you can see slots for 3 skills, Partner
character and Operator
Looks like Operator is a new addition here. It's not featured in TGS
demo yet though so effects and such are unknown
(Speculation: this slot may be filled with the likes of Frau Bow, Rain
Mikamura or Feldt Grace)
Currently confirmed operator is a Haro
Story Mode
An extensive original crossover storyline like seen in the first game
is back here
Characters from various series end up getting stranded at a
parallel world. As they wander around the land they gain new
companions.
It seems like this time the groups will have more members than
GW1's 3 main members. So far 3 'major factions' are revealed.
Group A: People who understand each other
Confirmed members:
Amuro Ray
Kou Uraki
Setsuna F. Seiei
Kira Yamato
[Tiffa Adill]
Group B: People who doubt each other
Confirmed members:
Banagher Links
Char Aznable
Ribbons Almark
(Seabook Arno?)
Group C: People who disagree with each other
Confirmed members:
Garrod Ran
Haman Karn
Paptimus Scirocco
[Audrey Burne]
(Loran Cehack?)
The Mission Mode from previous game is incorporated here, as
there will be more missions than just the story missions, and that
there will be around 300 missions in total. *NEW*
Online Mode
Online Co-op is confirmed, with up to 4 players being able to have a
co-op session together
There will be around 15 online-specific missions with harder
objectives not seen in single-player, such as conquering certain
fields in order or fighting Big Zams
Players will be able to heal each other, called Partner Support
While waiting for user matching, you can play the single player mode
until another user comes along *NEW*
It seems like you won't be able to have the same characters in a
stage? (e.g. no two Hamans)
(Rumor: Worldwide Online Co-op may be coming?)
Other Known Informations
Official story mode is not included this time
Zero-gravity space maps are not included. Instead they are including
surfaced space maps similar to A Baoa Qu, like moon planes
Game loading time seems to be longer but you will be able to install
game data into the console to reduce it
Bonus for getting first print copies is download code for early
unlocks of Musha Gundam and Musha Mk-II
Guncannon up and holy shit at it's C6, it looks nice.

Interesting that they're getting rid of the zero gravity space zones, those were some of my favorites. Also kinda not sure how I feel about the building of new mobile suits from blueprints rather than finding parts. It would make it easier on one hand to just get a rank 3 blueprint upgrade at once rather than randomly finding parts like in DWG2, but at the same time it was both rewarding and frustrating to upgrade suits to rank 4, something I'm still trying to fully do lol. Also wonder how they will incorporate getting money and how much upgrades will cost.
Finding Rank 4 parts wasn't that bad for me, but I only used like 8-10 Suits... 2 of those mostly being God Gundam and Turn-A due to their overpowerness.... I actually wish some suits gets nerfed or more balanced, but I doubt it... Turn-A had devastating Nuke and C5 in DWG2, God Gundam had very OP C4 with Clones out and C6.
Also, here's a new vid(PV2):
www.youtube.com/watch?v=yIHiphqUQwc
Damn that looks so sweet. I dunno much at all about the Unicorn Gundam but based on these movies you've been posting it might give Turn A a run for it's money as the quick zone destroying MS. I am super excited for this game.
Yeah, definitely can't wait for this one. It's looking 10x better than DWG and DWG2 was. I love how they also ramped up the A.I by a good amount as well, at least from what I've seen and what's been posted so far. The A.I is definitely more aggressive than it was in the previous 2.
Be glad when they finally reveal a date for NA/EU, but more than likely it'll probably be released sometime in Q2
Next MS Gameplay Lineup:
11/26 GP02
11/29 Reborns Gundam
12/01 Acguy
I want to see some misutaa bushido gameplay
Japan unfortunately.

Reborns is up:

another Gundam Wing suit? why not just add Sandrock and The Dragon one and be done with it.
I have a suspecting feeling that Wufei will be added, as they tend to pair up previous gundam pilots with their rivals for the game, and Wufei had a little arc in Gundam Wing with Treize. If this holds true, I'd much rather like to see Altron Gundam over Shen-long. I also don't want to see Sandrock/Quatre because he/it was the lamest and weakest from Wing....I mean Sandrock didn't have a beam sabre or ammo, all he had were those daggers.
Yeah Wufei would definitely make the most sense. Though to be honest I'm surprised they added Heavyarms over Sandrock in the first place for a Dynasty Warriors game, as Sandrock centered around melee weapons and Heavyarms was almost all Gatlings and cluster missiles except for a small army knife on the right arm.
Though I agree, Quatre was only fun when he went bananas with Zero for a little while.
Edit: If they do add Wufei, can probably expect to see Altron since they added DS-Hell instead of the original.
Edit2: Heavyarms Vid: http://www.youtube.com/user/geisen12#p/u/18/53NpiBoB6Fc
Well nvm, guess they got around that with Heavyarms easily. Lol @ green beamsaber from Heero/Zechs duel.
