    do you mean the key to verify your character?

    FFXIV pro should give it to you when you select to verify it.

    Then log in on lodestone and go to character > character profile settings> Edit

    And paste the key in there

    Ah ha! Got it, thanks. Thought lodestone had a key or something, was the other way around.
