I might have just been me, and the fact that i'm completely screwed up in the head but I was playing around with the nVidia control panel on my PC and set the display refresh rate to 59mhz and found that the in game menus in FFXIV improved. It was more responsive.

Could've been a fluke on my part, or just a psychological thing. But hey, worth a try if you got a min to spare and test it out yourselves guys...

Let me know if i'm insane or that it works.
