Didn't feel safe asking this in the FFXI advanced forums, but I was on the game about a hour ago and logged off to grab lunch.
Trying to log back in now, and I can log into POL just fine. However when I hit "play" on the FFXI splash screen I get Error-1160 every time.
I didn't notice no POL Maint (besides the same registration extension going on since early this morning).
Phoenix server crash, or error on my part somehow?

Answered my own question I guess......
Someone managed to screw up the update server again, cause there was a posting about the same issue yesterday that was "resolved".
