In four years with the Blazers, Greg Oden has now played in exactly 82 games. That's exactly one full season.

I remember thinking when the Blazers won the draft lottery that year, that it almost would have been better to be second because then if you picked the wrong one of the two "can't miss" prospects, it wouldn't be your fault and you wouldn't be second guessed forever like they were when they picked Sam Bowie over Michael Jordan. Instead, they end up with Greg Oden over Kevin Durant. Even though every other team in the NBA would likely have made the same decision at the time, it still sucks.

yeah i feel bad for oden. also kinda worried about brandon roy, too. apparently he has no cartilage in his knee and i can't imagine it not shortening his career. i wonder if they can inject his knees with the same stuff they put into randy johnson's several years ago.

The heat started a billboard/radio/TV campaign in attempt to 'train' their fans.

what it is basically Heat Ownership begging fans to show up because attendance is so pathetic.

I've said it before but Miami is the worst sports town in the country.

If tickets were as expensive elsewhere attendance would be just as bad, no matter how good the team. Watching games from upper deck is hardly worth it, let alone paying $100 for a shitty seat. Lolmiami.

Been following the Celts since KG left Minn. Celts look solid, like the team. The season will tell us how they'll be in the playoffs. If they all need hip replacements then gg.

T-Wolves on the other hand don't actually look terrible. Some great forwards.....might be looking at a .500 season or better. Just gotta get Flynn into the rotation and we might have a halfway decent team? maybe? I hope? Sigh.

T Wolves don't look near as bad with Beasley playing at a high level, I think by next year they'll be back to playoff caliber with a few moves.

A guy sitting courtside last night had a t-shirt asking for Eva's phone number, not sure if Tony saw it (maybe he did, and that is part of the reason he destroyed us).
