AI was a Franchise Guard. There's only ever been one of those.

AI is often referred to as just a guard because he would match up defensively on the weakest opposing offensive player. Some nights it was the other team's PG and some nights it was the SG.

He had to save his energy (and fouls) showing future copy cats like Rose how the position should be played.
