Just finished watching the MIA/BOS game. Dunno what you guys were seeing. That was a great game. Fucking old school playoff game right there! Every possession counted. Drama on every shot. Man, I loved it. Got me so pumped up, I ran outside and punched my neighbor.

Random thoughts:

• Rondo playing without painkillers? That Tru Warrior level stuff. Mad respect.
• KG had a horrible game. If he made just one of those many key jumpers I had the feeling Boston would have won the game.
• You could tell in the second half that anyone not named James or Wade on Miami was afraid to take a shot. They would all pass the ball off as soon as they touched it.
• Glen Davis has fallen off a cliff since last year. He was money from the outside in the playoffs last year. I don't recall him hitting any of those same shots this year.
• Thought both teams played some really good defense, especially in stopping the fast break.

Both team did play good D, but my qualm was with the refs that were just awful...Big-ups to Rondo, that was courageous.

Re: KG -- the crowd was going nuts coming out of the timeout with 2mins to go in regulation, and then that escalated on Ray Allen's 3. Then Lebron hit an answer 3 in front of the Celtics bench and the crowd just got deflated. Once that happened I was pretty sure MIA would win.

Call me crazy, but I find Russell Westbrick to be an insufferable ball hog (worse than Rose- lord, the kid has KD on his team). It is like he developed a huge head after last years playoffs or something. Just terrible.
