So when are the excuses going to roll in after tonight.

Apparently the dislike for the Heat extends beyond opposing fans and opposing players.
According to always chatty Mavericks guard DeShawn Stevenson, now opposing coaches are getting into the act, as well.
"Coach said a lot of coaches called him about how to play the Miami Heat,"
Stevenson said of Mavericks coach Rick Carlisle, who also happens to be head of the coaches' association. "I just think a lot of people want to see us win this thing.''
In his comments to the Dallas Morning News, Stevenson said it is part of the backlash to the Heat's perceived arrogance.
"I take it as they're not liked for what happened this summer with getting everybody the way they did it and obviously the way they play and showboat, all them things," he said. "I just think we're -- I don't want to say clean-cut -- but we're the guys that play the right way, pass the ball and do things."
^ love it
That guy has a full neck Abe Lincoln tattoo, he can't lie.
Pillow fights 2010-2011 regular season.
I understand not wanting to get suspended and all but if there was any a time to swing it would have been the time Garnett tapped the nuts of Frye.
Why do you keep posting these articles about the minutiae of the Mavs? You do realize people aren't rooting for the Mavs but rooting against the Heat, right? Nobody outside of Dallas cares about the life story of the assistant coaches or the diet of the 12th man on the team or what brand towels the team prefers.
i would hardly call that a fantastic article. it was a paragraph a piece about some dudes
fuck the mavs. fuck the heat. just fuck the heat less
I'm just rooting for the players most deserving of the ring. Namely Kidd, Dirk, and Marion for obvious reasons.
Lebron and Wade(and Bosh to a lesser extent) better pull some epic shooting numbers tonight, otherwise Mavs look like they got this Finals shit figured out(finally). Of course, the Mavs could also not show up tonight and leave Dirk playing Jordan again, but I'm thinking the momentum will keep the bench aggressive and earning their keep.
people keep saying this, how does marion deserve a ring? dirk and kidd I understand, but marion?
is the only requirement for deserving a ring that you play 12+ years and have mediocre numbers?
maintaining mediocre numbers over 12 years is p good.
Maintaining a job in the NBA over 12 years is pretty good too...
I can think of about 100 players that "deserve" a ring then lol

I've always loved Jason Kidd, went to a few nets games when I was younger. Wouldn't be disappointed seeing him win.
Demos been exposed
Well, I'll add Marion just because he's one of the few players who've really been playing in these Finals like he wants it, for both teams. He has been the difference-maker for the Mavs in the playoffs and he's pretty much out-played Lebron this whole series.
