>implying a regular season game vs a shitty team matters
Besides this is the first time in two months we've had a full lineup and even then it was only for 9 games. The defense is going to take some time so they can gel.
Unless you're retarded and think defense in basketball is an individual thing.
I wanted to see how joakim responded being gone for two months and he responded well with 16 rebounds
D-ROSE
Btw kirk is a solid defender but a horribly streaky shooter if he is your starting pg and are counting on him contributing much offensively you're in trouble. Only reason he starts is he a great defender
D-ROSE
See how this works?

Lol, MVP chants for Kobe during OT. I didn't realize there are many Lakers fans in Portland.
There goes BG reviving Davis' career, guy's gonna gain 30 pounds from now til his eventual buyout. The Los Angeles Clippers and Cleveland Cavaliers have agreed in principle to a trade that would send Baron Davis and the Clippers' 2011 first-round draft pick to Cleveland in exchange for Mo Williams and Jamario Moon, league sources confirmed to ESPN.com.
Davis is still owed nearly $28 million over the next two seasons and the balance of his $13 million contract this year. Williams is owed the balance of his $9.3 million salary this season and has player options of $8.5 million for each of the next two years. The difference in their salaries would be absorbed by the trade exception Cleveland received over the summer in the extend-and-trade of LeBron James to Miami.
The only thing Clippers management can manage to do is keep their team at the bottom of the western conference by making inexcusable decisions like this one.
Baron Davis was finally hitting his stride and producing well with a team that had a future. Now the Clippers have to deal with an underachieving ball hog as their starting point guard.

Besides it was the last game of one of the more brutal Road trips in all of sports and even then it was only for 9 games. The defense is going to get tired after that long of a road trip.
Unless you're retarded and think defense in basketball is an individual thing.
See how that works?
haha trying way to hard to find excuses.
Whats funny is you think the Rodeo trip is something that no other team goes through. You have an overachieving team thats probably the oldest team in the league playing most of their games in the nba's weakest conference.
But hey don't let me discourage you I'm sure you'll make it past the first round before you get exposed by the Lakers.
btw they were trying really hard on defense they just got torched by D-Rose.
Incoming Battier for Tabeet trade.
Seems the consensus so far is that Clips management actually pulled off their best trade ever, giving up a bad contract and a worthless pick in one of the worst draft classes in recent years. They are now positioned for 2012 FA class with only $25 million on the payroll when the time comes.
And you have to be hopeful when you hear DHoward talk like this:
He exploded on his team during a timeout in the second quarter. He harped on his team in almost every huddle. Even between whistles he’d bark words at his teammates.
After the game, Howard was tired of talking.
“I’ve said everything there is to say,” said Howard, sitting dejectedly in front of his lockers with a semi-circle of reporters around him. “That’s it. I’ve talked every timeout, when we’re in the huddle, in the locker room… What, you want me to Tweet about it? I’ve done everything I’m supposed to do as a leader.”
Maybe an inflammatory Tweet would help the Magic, whose embarrassing loss to one of the league’s worst teams certainly serves as the team’s low point this season.
“If guys don’t want to play, they’ve got to sit down,” Howard said. “We just can’t have guys or anybody out there not playing hard.”
the issue i have with the trade is that the pick is potentially a top 5 pick, albeit in what's going to be a historically weak draft. i mean, suppose, by some miracle, they win the lottery. the clippers basically lose out on the next cp3 in kyrie irving, someone who would have been a fantastic fit assuming they aren't able go after d-will in 2012. it just seems like this trade could have been made in the offseason after lotto status was determined, without risking a potential lotto winner.
I'm sure there is reason/excuse for the magic losing....right? We all know Howard is going to leave the Magic, and pull a Shaq and become a Laker......right?He exploded on his team during a timeout in the second quarter.
