anyone with blackcats ever have this problem?

I signed up for an account on BC recently when they had open registration, and a few weeks later my computer kerploded. I went to sign back in but I couldn't remember my password, so I used the "recover account" option on their forums. But for whatever reason, now when I try to sign in with my new password (automatically generated) it doesn't work.

I've tried recovering my account twice now and gotten the same problem, just tells me my password is incorrect.

Anyone ever experience this? How the fuck do they expect you to be able to resolve issues with their forums when they don't include any links on the front page for people who aren't logged in?

When you try to log in are you using the same email you used to sign up? Else, I ain't got no idea and should try their IRC since I have little patience w/ that shit.
