pretty sure that was the very end. Kenny may have gotten in a muffled line along the lines of "fuck", but that's about it.

as soon as Mysterion started commenting on his super powers, right at the beginning of the episode, I was like "FUCK IT'S KENNY AND HIS POWER IS COMING BACK TO LIFE HOW DID I NOT FIGURE THIS OUT SOONER?"

got to hand it to them, it was pretty smart to weave that into the story.
