My shell is in dire need of an active black smith. We have basically every craft(aside from cooking) 21+. We're a small crafting shell, having one person specialize in one craft (with some subs) and also have a few gatherers to help out as well.

Perks include;
Easy to get materials; we all share here since it's a small shell, ask for a material and you'll get it free/cheap.
Easy gil; I think most everyone has 2mil+ in here, myself and another member have 3+ atm.
Easy gear; We're all crafters and share what we make. You'll get gear at cost or for free as we make it.
Fun environment; we're all friends, no drama, just crafting, joking, and profit.

Currently in the process of making some horn glue which of course means new weapons/tools. Join up, make us some new tools/weapons, strike a deal with the guy supplying the glue and make some profit. We also have bots/miners/fishers so getting ore or whatever else you may need is easy. I think our top miner is rank 27-28 atm.
