afaik they haven't announced a release date yet but according to Randy Pitchford, the game is nearly finished. that's a bit cynical to say, since we're speaking about duke nukem forever however, the 15min demo was playable for the invited guests. it run on pc hardware but they were given x360 controllers to use. at least the catering was duke worthy:
