It is mighty tasty. Gotta satisfy the cravings for greasy processed meat somehow. Even if you quit, and I've tried, you'll always be tempted whenever you see a commercial for it or pass by a place on the street.

But really, there's nothing to feel bad about. Just feel bad for the people who confuse fast food as an occasional convenience for the entirety of their diet, and either don't exercise or just have crappy metabolisms.

The real problem isn't what you eat, it's doing something that has an obvious adverse affect on you until you have to actually work to correct it. Whether it be obesity, high cholesterol or blood pressure, or whatever, if you let yourself get to a point where you have to put in a great amount of effort to reverse it, then that is where the problem lies. However, there's nothing wrong with doing unhealthy things as long as you control it in such a way that it requires little effort to maintain or return to a healthy state.
