But really, stage creation was the only good thing about that game, unfortunately it was alot more limited than I would have liked. LBP2 is looking vastly better already, I've seen far more impressive shit from the beta alone. Of course you can have some fun with it if you get some buddies playing with you, but you could be having way more fun playing any of the other multiplayer games on dat triple.

The "story" levels that came packed with the game DID have objectives and shit. Hell, some of the better player made stages gave you objectives too, it was just obviously up to the creator to do so. I really am not sure what he is getting at with it.

I probably would have enjoyed the game a whole lot more if the platforming was better too. I know the focus was on the creation aspects but when all you use that for is to make platforming stages it helps to have a better system. I can deal with the floatiness despite not being a fan of it but the 3 planes shit was retarded as hell and controlled like shit. Sackboy just did whatever the fuck he wanted when you jumped sometimes too.
