brother of link wray. nice track. pics are interesting too.
Yeah, he did Annan Water.
Canadee-i-o is probably my favourite arrangement by Jones, but there's a ton of stuff that's much better technically and other great stuff on the albums. It's a shame that his performing career ended in 1982.
Really digging the link you posted. Reminds me a lot of Ennio Morricone's western compositions. I will need to check out more.
hey shiropal, check your pm's
Sent, a little bit late, but sent.
aw man shiro, if you want to play guitar, play guitar. its not as hard as most noobs want you to think it is. plan for the 7-12 year run, put in 15-45 mins a day until you can play coherent stuff, and find your flow. if you're good at video games, typing, and poetic phrasing (understanding rhythm/how lines are ended/ascending & descending notes/stacking higher pitches over lower pitches for a different emotional feel), you can play guitar. If you want to do it now, you're never going to not want to do it unless you talk yourself out of it.
im at 1-3 hours a day now. goin deeper. making music that other people can understand/enjoy that wouldn't have existed if i wasnt alive is really fulfilling for me, way more than bitching about how shitty video game devs are at devving video games
dumping!
guitar nerds.
