FFXIV Flame Wars Thread: because ten threads is not enough threads

This thread didn't need bumping at all, and I think it's at the point where I can agree it's presence is no longer necessary.

It's time for it to be locked, imo. We'll still have the complaint thread, if anybody feels the need to vent about the game.

I agree. The fact that this thread was inactive for a few weeks and then needlessly necro'd by a post-count spammer before it was commented on, means we don't need it. People have said what they wanted to say already in the last 6 months. We get it - the game is bad.

The presence of this thread is counterproductive to what we are trying to do on this section of the boards. Besides, most of the people that post in this thread don't even play the game anymore; its just trolls trolling trolls trolling trolls.

If you are someone who is genuinely interested in following up with the status of the game then feel free to post in other threads. If you want to complain or vent about something in-game then theres the complain thread. Be warned; this is not an invitation to let your trolling spill into other discussions.

With that said I am locking this thread and hoping that it falls into the abyss. If another mod feels that this thread still serves a purpose, by all means re-open it.
