Background:

My account was compromised and I lost all my kinah around the start of September. Maybe two weeks ago everything was restored.

Story:

Met an awesome chick irl around the same time my items were restored and was online with Aion maybe once or twice within a three period after having my items restored. So basically, I haven't been on Aion in three weeks.

I went to get on today cause I was talking to a buddy I haven't talked with in a while (due to chick) and he got me wanting to play Aion. However after trying to log in three minutes ago I was greeted with an account suspended message.


Purpose of thread:

I've seen and read about wrongful bannings on this forum, so, how do I go about getting my account unbanned? I have never been warned or suspended in the past. I didn't buy kinah and I just haven't been on to do anything against the Aion service agreement.

Send a message to their customer support, ask for clarification and possibly an unbanning, explain the situation, then keep begging until they unban you. Probly won't happen though.

My account got hacked for 3 weeks while i was fooling around on WoW, didn't even know it was hacked. so i went to log in and noticed my account was suspended. so i sent a message to NCSoft saying it had been comprimised while i was playing WoW and they sent me a form to fill out asking for the product ID and stuff and my account was back within a day... with 12m kinah too and about 500 of those gray cloaks dropped from those reapers in Heiron (each sells for 4k) so i made more kinah from selling those lol. none of my gear needed replacing apart from my lvl 21 sin... he was stripped, i dont know why b/c his gear was all white/green

Get a hold of customer support, shouldn't be an issue if you didn't actually do anything non-legit.

Did you move or something so your IP is vastly different? Heard of some people moving > getting banned > "yo I moved" > "ok np"

I think if you can verify the game codes, birth date, etc on the master account it should be ok no?

That's bullshit. NCSoft are braindead in the online fraud department if they enforce sold account = ban. The hackers have learned that there is more instant profit in selling accounts. They need to give you the benefit of the doubt and restore your account.

Unless there is something you're hiding, then i think you should keep pressing them in a non-threatening way and ask them questions. After all... you ARE paying a monthly fee that they would love to have

Verify you are the original owner somehow is probably the only thing you can do, keep calling back or emailing until you get someone helpful. I came back after a long hiatus and found myself banned (possibly for legit reasons), just shot them an email and they sent me new passwords within a day or two? Didn't even tell me the reason for the ban.
