I want to build some Magian Weapons, and it seems the system has undergone lots of changes, I'm curious for building some STR Shamshir's, and I would be duoing the trials with someone.

Information I want before I deem it worthwhile with my limited amount of time.

1) if I want to build 2 simultaneously, does offhand still get credit from mainhand, build 2 for price of 1?

2) Do I need any drops from an NM/VNM/etc to get from most basic level to level 85 versions?

3)By duoing these trials how are my trials reduced and/or made easier, and does weather now provide a bonus to trials that never had a weather objective?

4)Do I have to camp any NM's just to kill them for this trial (non-Nyzul Isle I know that much)?

1) yes, assuming conditions for both are met (excluding weather/day, which only needs to be met for the main hand weapon).
3) you kill faster. No.

So I need to spam the hell out of glavoid for my empyrean weapon. What jobs do I need to low man Alectryon, Minhocao, Muscaliet, and Adze? I only have WHM and THF for my (2) 85s, so I know I'll need a few helpers.

I know both items for Lacovie are possible but can an entire Glavoid/Chloris be built from gold boxes? I assume so but I haven't spent enough time in Tahrongi with capped amber to notice.

How can RDM solo Adze? Just find a rock and kite around it?

Yes. The rock against the wall, between corse and turtles works, and is what i used to solo it. It's kind of annoying, because the corse do sometimes come close enough to blood aggro, but as long as you're careful, it shouldn't be an issue, especially since 23-24/tic refresh now makes vert unimportant.

What are the current top 1-3 weapons for SAM, RNG, BLU, WAR?

Looking at Vermeil Bhuj for WAR which seems okay for me compared to the WS Damage +10% one if that is good. I'd like to avoid trials since I'd rather stick my dick in a lawnmower than kill EP mobs for days on end to catch up.

BLU, 2x STR Shamshirs? OAThrice is no bueno?

In a recent Tahrongi gold chest session, we saw all of the key items necessary to pop Chloris and Glavoid except for Sodden Sandworm Husk which I assume is just due to luck.
