How do I swap to monobook format?

nvm, found it: had to switch to IE to get java to work right, the settings drop down menu wouldn't display in firefox.

It's Adblocker Plus that is making Monobook not display right. Lemme tell you what to do to get it to display in Firefox:

1. Left click on your adblocker plus if it's at bottom or just click on it if it's at the top of your browser. Tell it to show blockable items.

2. Unblock everything except things that look like Google adserver and something that looks like Quantserv adserver. (You do NOT want those unblocked if you value your FFXI account. I don't care if there are not any VISIBLE ads, I've seen enough complaints on their board about poisoned ads to be very wary.) After you are done..here's what it should look like.. Hit the X and close that thingy at the bottom of your browser, you won't need it anymore.

3. ???

4. Profit.

no, red X/red text = BLOCKED. That's what you don't touch. It will display fine if you leave their servers alone.

Leave their adservers blocked if you value your FFXI account! But Adblocker Plus seems to block some stuff/scripts that Wiki on Monobook relys on so you need to unblock that. Unfortunately you didn't see a before I unblocked picture. I only showed you a after.

The reason I use other wiki more than BGwiki is because BGwiki lacks even basic info on quests and missions. Just look at the abyssea pages - covered in red and there's little to no quest info on them. Basically neither wiki is a good resource atm and you have to kinda use both to find what you need :/
