Constant Lag/R0 at the same time every night

I'm in the UK and usually play with my brother (our computers are right next to each other) but I also experience this if only I am playing.

At the same time every night, onwards from about midnight GMT we both start to constantly be in and out of R0, making play virtually impossible. But at all other times, such as in the day and evening, we are perfectly fine. I've spoken to people in my linkshell and no one else seems to be having the same problems, although not many, if any, are UK based. If it matters, our internet connection is 20mb cable.

This is really pissing us off, as this is usually the best time for us to play. Can anyone help??

If other UK have same issue with you it might be the fact all americans are getting on to play around your midnight.

I have issues with certain zones going r0 crazy sometimes but they go away if i change zones, so you might try that. If not it is your cable company (specific to you and your brother but not to everyone else).
