Fuck yeah look at D Hall on that graph, even though he got beat against the colts badly. He's still my broseph, though.
This week is finally a winnable game for the Skins. Go figure that they'll probably get blown out, especially with Cooley hurt. I'd love to see Big Baby Davis step up and get a few catches, but McNabb never seems to throw at him.

Cincinnati at Atlanta (-3.5) - Two teams here I would normally swear off from taking this week. Both have been massive disappointments for me in both my fantasy teams (fuck you Michael Turner) and my spread picks. But I've gotta think the Falcons offense can get back on track at home against a mediocre Bungles team. Atlanta to win and cover.
Washington at Chicago (-3) - Cutler's been sacked 9001 times this year already, and the 'Skins defense has shown flashes of brilliance, holding the Eagles to 12 and Packers to 13. They also got torched by the Rams, go figure. This should be a low-scoring game, and I don't like Washington being dinged up and on the road. I'll take Bears to win, 'Skins to cover in a 10-9 thriller.
St. Louis at Tampa Bay (-3) - The Rams are two different teams. In the WarnerDome they had impressive wins against Washington, San Diego and Seattle. However, losses at Oakland and at Detroit suggest that maybe they don't travel that well. Bradford, as good as he's looked at times, is still a rookie. Tampa, on the other hand, has only lost to the Steelers and Saints. Rough schedule aside, they've won the close ones, despite uneven performances on defense. They only have four sacks all year. Oy. But I think Freeman and Williams make enough plays in the passing game to get the win. Rams cover the field goal.
San Francisco at Carolina (+3) - Funny how this game of two terrible teams isn't getting the same hype as Dallas/Minnesota last week... I actually picked the '9ers to win against Oakland, but not to cover, so that's a half-win I guess. I think they should carry some momentum into this game, despite the Cats coming off a bye and getting their starting (?) QB back. Alex Smith should have some confidence and I think they put up some points here. If not now for Carolina, when? Incoming 0-16. 49ers win and cover.
Buffalo at Baltimore (-13) - So last week the Steelers get Cleveland at home with Ben back, and this week the Ravens get Buffalo at home. Who made these schedules? I was doing job searches last week, and I think I found one for "Bills skill position player." I would apply, but Buffalo's pretty fucking cold. Baltimore wins and covers.
Philadelphia at Tennessee (-3) - So Vick had a full practice Thursday, but Kolb is still the starter. How long will this last? Who cares, they're both really good. Losing DeSean hurts, but McCoy, Maclin and Avant should have no problem keeping the offense rolling. Tennessee's coming off two big road wins, but have looked less impressive than their stat-padding would suggest. Still, ten picks and 24 sacks is nothing to sneeze at. I think the Titans slow them down just enough to keep it interesting, but the Eagles get the upset win.
Jacksonville at Kansas City (-9) - Who saw this line coming when the schedule was released? Kansas City has been pretty solid across the board, and while I'm still not 100% buying the Patriots v2.0 just yet, it's obvious Weis and Crennel can succeed in their roles. The Chiefs have given up almost 250 passing yards per game but I doubt that the Jags will be able to exploit that with their QB situation. Is this the moment Patrick Ramsey finally explodes? Nupe. How did this team beat the Colts? Chiefs win and cover.
Pittsburgh at Miami (+3) - Game of the week for me, especially since two of my best friends are fans of the respective teams. Ben had some rust in the first quarter against Cleveland, but it was gone by halftime. Pittsburgh is giving up less than 65 yards per game on the ground, and just 2.7 per carry. Can Henne beat them through the air? Nupe. The NFL done made James Harrison mad, expect no less than three body parts to be ripped off of various Miami players. Steelers win and cover.
Cleveland at New Orleans (-13) - This is basically the same line that Cleveland got in Pittsburgh last week. Does anyone think the Saints are as good as Pittsburgh? This is a big trap game for N'awlins, as they host the aforementioned Steelers next week, and are pretty beat up on the injury report. I'd really like to pick Cleveland to win with Peyton Fucking Hillis going nuts, I just don't see it with Hee-Haw under center. Saints win, Brownies cover.
Arizona at Seattle (-6) - Who wants to win the NFC West? If you answered, "no one," you wouldn't be totally wrong, but this game should give someone a pretty good head start. Arizona has been bad on the road, with blowout losses to Atlanta and San Diego. They also can't run the ball, averageing just over 87 yards per game (29th in the league) which I find surprising. Seattle, meanwhile, has given up a ton of passing yards but only 6 TDs through the air. I'm guessing the bend-but-don't-break formula works again this week, and the 'Hawks unelectric offense gets enough points on the board to win. Cardinals cover the six.
New England at San Diego (-3) - I just read the following: "Patrick Crayton and undrafted rookie Richard Goodman ran with the Chargers' first-team at Thursday's practice." And they're favored this week? Oy. The Chargers strength is their pass defense, but no one spreads it around like Brady. Pats upset (!) and win big. DISCLAIER: I've picked the Chargers every week I think, so naturally they'll win this game.
Oakland at Denver (-8) - Oakland hasn't been their typical "whoashit they're terrible" this season, despite Jason Campbell doing his best to continue the trend. Gradkowski and McFadden are still dinged up though, so who knows what you'll get with them on offense. I do know what you will get, which is Orton having a huge day. This should be a lay-up for Denver, they'll win and cover.
Minnesota at Green Bay (-2.5) - I think it's evident that Brett just doesn't have the same mojo as last season. Sure, he eked out a win against the 'Boys, but then again, who hasn't? The Vikes are 0-2 in night games, with his last memorable action being throwing a delicious Deion to Dwight Lowery in the waning seconds to ensure a Jets win and cover. Driver and Matthews are both expected to play, and Green Bay coming off back-to-back losses is just as desperate for a win as Minnesota, despite the lack of publicity and photographed genitalia. Packers win and cover.
MON, OCT 25
NY Giants at Dallas (-3) - Since being spanked at home by Tennessee, New York's defense has really started playing good football. And with good balance offensively, I think they're poised for a playoff run. That said, it's now or never for Dallas. They've been deflecting questions about the team's desire and Wade's coaching since week 2, and their penalty-fueled loss last week didn't do anything to change that. I think the 'Boys will play as well as they did last week, minus the flags, and get a much-needed home win. Barber is already planning new and legal ways to celebrate his two-yard gains. Dallas wins and covers.

Ocho watched game film with Marvin instead of the offensive coordinator. Maybe he'll have a good game.
I have to think Carolina's running game is good for at least one win by itself. Clausen's stat lines have been so very bad, and having Steve Smith missing some time and being injured can't have helped matters. Moore to the rescue! They really need to add a nice possession TE to that offense, someone who can move the chains or something. Can't remember Carolina ever having a respectable TE honestly.
Devin fucking Thomas debuts this week. We might possibly drop 70 on the Niners. Also, our TEs are really really good, we just dont have anyone (even last year) to get them the ball. Dante Rosario balled out last year and won a few games for us by himself. We have Tyven's boy Jeff King who is really really solid and Gary Barnidge who is are really really good deep route running TE.
Everyone remembers Rosario for that game winning catch in week 1 of last year when he caught the ball in the back of the endzone with 2 seconds left to beat the Chargers. He balled out pretty hard versus Dallas too, before Clutch went Clutch on bitches. That is one position besides RB that we are loaded, but we just cant get the ball to them.
that graph is epic. I love how Namdi fucking never gets thrown at. looks like twice a game, what a beast
HEY MAN, THAT WAS LAST YEAR NO PI CALLED SON. fucking haters.
I guess it didn't factor in Sidney Rice.
Seriously not hating, just pissed off that he's become a penalty machine.
I did the same thing when Primetime was a Cowboy. He would be a beast, but then, during his last year, he had a wonderful habit of coming up "lame" every single time he got burned and it drove me up the wall. Football has always been a "what have you done lately" sport. Jenkins has skill no doubt, but right now his head is squarely up his ass and his hands all over opposing receivers.
Yeah I agree vikings was terrible, but one of the two PI (I honestly don't remember what the first one looked like), but the 1 near the end of the game (where he goes up to hit the ball down, but his left hand touches the guys back by accident or something), was questionable to me, especially at the no call on Miles in the end zone.
