Maybe we woulda had a chance if Wade went for a FG and the Defense didn't implode because Romo got hurt.

We had a chance considering it was Kitna in there. I honestly think it would have been a whole different ball game if Gronkowski didn't blow his fucking assignment. But injuries are part of football and no point in crying over what-ifs. Maybe this is for the greater good. Wade, Garrett out. Cowher and staff in. #1 draft pick to shop around instead of picking a 5th rounder with our first pick just because he went to Arkansas, Texas, or has the last name Jones. A dream inside a dream inside a dream. Inception. Someon give me a kick.
I want Jerry to fire everyone except Joey D, and spend a first rounder on either a stud safety, or Olineman.
Ryan Mallett or Justin Blackmon
You shut your whore mouth.
Jerry needs to fire Jerry or we are still doomed to repeat this shit over and over.
He is under everyone in my statement. I would like to note that this all came from Jerry beinga cheap ass mother fucker. We could have gotten Atogwe, Antrel Rolle, veteran Olineman. But nope, cheap ass mother fucker jerry. Could have gotten a competent DCoord, but nope, cheap ass fucking Jerry.
With 8 sacks in 6 games, ware is on pace for 21.3 sacks. :3
Why do you think he's still holding on to Wade? Firing him and hiring someone else costs too much at this point. He's stadium is a big 'ol pile of debt that has fucked him sidewides. Right now, he's likely hoping for huge revenue boosts from the Super Bowl, boxing matches, and any other event he can throw in there. Then, post-lockout, he'd be able to hit the reset button and start to fuck everything up again.
Chaos, panic, and disorder in Cowboy country today, I love it. That said, watch Kitna get hot and cut us up in a few weeks when we play again. Everyone in the media today is cock-riding the Giants (at least in the NY media) and now finally giving them respect and props. That said, the Giants rarely, if ever, live up to hype when they start getting credit. This is a team that has always, always, thrived as the underdog. Call me pessimistic if you want, but I'm calling 1 - 2 following the bye week. Everyone will start knocking them down somewhere around then, forget about them, and just as Giant fans/media are about to give up hope, they will come through big at the end of the year, very 2007-2008 esque.
Seriously, with a lockout in 2011, I'd think that would be the perfect time to start over with a new Coaching/GM.
I WISH THAT AIRPLANES IN THE NIGHT SKY WERE SHOOTING STARS. I COULD REALLY USE A WISH RIGHT NOW.
Honestly, I don't understand why. For a team that won by 6 points, had 5 turnovers, and a punt ret for TD. I don't think they should be receiving much praise. And I say this not from a Cowboy's fan POV but from a general fan POV. If my team did that I wouldn't be optimistic.
Believe me, I totally hear you, but just to play devils advocate here. Look at everything you said here, and then consider (ignoring the 2 scores in garbage time when the Giants weren't even fucking trying, lets be honest) the fact they played so poorly fundamentally and absolutely dominated a very talented team. That's the other side of the coin that a lot of people are running with at this point.
Ok, but how can you stand to call them talented, then when I/we/everyone tries to call them talented, you point to their record saying that talented teams aren't 1-4/5. I mean sure throw out those garbage TDs if you want, but there was still a very real chance the Cowboys pulled it off. So at the end of the day you beat a 1-4 team that lost their starting QB in the second quarter, grats.
I would like to say, that I told you the Cowboys finds creative ways to lose.
I don't know who is saying they aren't talented. Anyone who is, is a fucking moron. Dallas is stacked, dripping, oozing, w/e you wanna call it, with talent. The fact is, their coach(es) suck. Period. Going into the game last night, they were top 5 offense and defense, and lost every game by within 1 TD (I could be wrong on that, so feel free to correct if need be). Clearly they are a talented team that's making dumb mistakes at inopportune times that cost them games. You can say "Oh well you beat a team that lost their starting QB", but the fact is, the Giants are the one that knocked out your QB. It's not like we went into the game against Kitna, and were acting all high and mighty that we beat a team using their backup QB. The Giants knocked him out, and that's what every defense in the NFL is trying to do to the opposing QB, so in the sense that you are taking credit away from the Giants for playing against a 2nd stringer, you then have to at least give credit to them for knocking out the QB in the first place.
Colts would never win again.
All this talk about cheap and debt and Jerry Jones in the same sentence sounds like a paradox. With all the events, suites, seat licenses, ameneties, $100 parking, Arlington tax break, league separated merchandising, I don't think the word cheap or debt are in Jerry's vocabulary. Giving an OC some head coach money. Cheap, Jerry is not. He may be a terribad general manager, owner, president, whatever, but when it comes to business and revenue generation and entreprenuer shit, he's a filthy rich genius. Now if only he realized he could make even more money by giving up some control, he'd make Einstein look like Larry the Cable Guy.
Except a lot of his recent moves were monetary based. That's how we ended up with 10 rookies on the team. If you're going for broke for the superbowl, why would you cheap out in certain areas?
Giants are in the top of the NFC right now but I too think they're looking horrible while beating up on scrubby teams. Thier opp. Records I think are 11-22 or something like that, having beaten only two teams
Over 500. And Houston has a terrible D.
