As far as information goes, this seems like the lamest Blizzcon thus far. I'm sure the people in actual attendance probably still enjoyed themselves but ya.

ya they didn't have anything major to announce so I'd imagine this was probably a wast of money for people who bought the stream. I had a shit ton of fun though hanging out with some irl friends, sono, and some other peeps I know from FFXI that I never met irl. Totally nerd weekend where we all got to talk about mmos n' shit, was awesome!

There are two groups of druids on the forums right now. Those complaining about the new tree, and those curious about the change to Nomnomnom.
We introduced a new glyph to let you use the old Tree of Life model. Personally, I loved Nomnomnom, but these guys all told me we had to change it.

But why the change?
It's an internet meme that will be less funny in a year, and will embarrass us in 3 years.

Well then it must have been the internet to make me believe he sucked. There was all kinds of buzz last year which he referenced in his act (this year) to all the absurd negative shit that got thrown at him. I saw a youtube clip flaming him with cutouts, and it looks like I was fooled.

I also wanna add how awesome it was when he fucking owned Kat Hunter after she was clearly trying to make him look bad.

This year was my first Blizzcon. I thought it was pretty fun.

I was really disappointed at a lot of the dumb class specific questions. Don't get me wrong, there were some good ones, but so much time wasted with stupid questions

And then you have the controversial CoL.Black vs AAA. Felt like it was such a waste of time sitting through all that.

what made me mad the most is it seemed more disorganized this year with the questions. Like last year there was a cutoff saying no more palli questions. Then this year we had a class q&A and a general q&A, and people were still asking class specific questions during the general q&a which pissed me off cause I was inline for a question and they ran out of time before I could. ;_;

Col.Red won it. That change from druid to priest really made the big difference in that match up.

Col.Red was told they won the tournament, then aAa disputed it because there was a loosely enforced 20 minute time limit and Col.Red had killed somebody at the 20 minutes 3 seconds mark. So they had to rematch and aAa ended up winning the $75000 prize all because they were stalling the game and playing defensive the entire time and ended up winning based on having more damage done at the time limit.

Wow that's pretty shitty. Most of the matches with aAa i saw were time outs or at least close to 20 minutes. The best matches I saw were with Loaded/Skill Capped since they use Rogue and the matches were fast paced.

Blizzcon was the best. I watched the Col.Red vs. aAa match with some pro SC2 players and they had no idea what the fuck was going on lol. That was so shitty what happened to Complexity. Everyone in there knew they deserved that title. I saw them later at Baja Fresh at the Hilton and they all looked so fucking upset The best part of Blizzcon games wise was D3, that was sooooooooooooooooooooooooo fun!

I think I was like 10ft away from TLO during the SC2 finals. Such an amazing atmosphere, wish there were more SC2 tournaments of that scale in this area (and the in the US overall).

Given that we now know almost everything there is to know about Diablo 3, they must be in polish / tune stage. Gets me hopeful for beta early next year.
