honestly, the biggest problem is that I never learned multi-variable calculus, so I'm having to teach myself multi-variable calculus AND learn prob/statistics (thankfully, I did take calc I and II). fun stuff!

Woke up and my cousin's 3 year old is here and nobody else.

This is the second time and they're getting their last warning. I don't even like my cousin. Next time she leaves her daughter here unattended, I get on my bike and I go elsewhere. Not my kid, not my responsibility. I'm not playing this shit.

We're not getting chickens. My sister-in-law has/had chickens and we want nothing to do with it.

We'll have a garden area and my wife said she may want to get some ducks eventually. They're easier to care for, but they shit everywhere so I'm not sure I'm about that. Plus our dog would chase them constantly. She's a herding dog and was already doing it to my sister in law's chickens and ducks. She'd chase the chickens that got out of the pen back to the pen, but they wouldn't be able to get back in. She would just keep poking at them, freaking the chickens out, and wouldn't stop until someone put the chicken in the pen. All the chickens would avoid whatever side of the pen she was on.

Not even trying to be an elitist just trying to avoid the absolute worst. I think the elitist around here go to this food co-op thing at least that's what it looked like when I went by. But that place is overpriced shit

Never actually liked TJ's. Stuff is ok an all but cost was way higher here. Also WF is across the street from me.

In other news the fucking new guy is even more of a yes man with customers than the boss. Come in today to find out apparently about a dozen customers called in yesterday afternoon needing service... which makes a bit of sense considering 1 was already scheduled for tomorrow and the others for Friday. Without even checking he just says sure we can do it Thursday and moves pretty much all of Fridays schedule onto the already full Thursday... also makes an extra invoice for the one already on for tomorrow <.<.... and makes another for next Tuesday

I get the frustration but you need to hand the kid over to CPS or police or something rather than just bouncing, if for no reason other than liablilty. You might not have invited kid in but if she gets hurt in your home and you are the only adult you will be at fault. And if you willfully abandon the kid to her own devices, that makes you just as liable if something happens. Don't fuck up because someone else fucked up, too.
