Anyone still have this and able to upload it? I can't find it thru searches, suppose 'Weaponskill tracker/counter' is a bit wide of a search parameter. If anyone can, I appreciate it very much, thanks in advance.

It is called Latent Checker, you should be able to find the download on windower forums.
