expedia question

dumb question but I didn't know where else to ask this: I booked a trip on expedia last week and they still haven't billed me. I assume the bill will come through at some point, but is this normal? I haven't used an online travel site in more than a year and I can't remember if they billed right away or if they take a while for some reason. I'm sure I didn't just get free tickets (a man can hope...) but I thought I would ask to clear it up. it's bugging me because I'm trying to balance my budget and having to manually subtract that amount is annoying.

what that's supposed to mean? check card transactions usually post right away for me. I just paid for my sister's Christmas gift at a rinky-dink mom-and-pop hairstyling place down the block and by the time I got back to my desk, it was on my statement.

I'm assuming flight? (can book hotels there too). Everytime I've booked through them or orbitz it could get delayed by like a week. Hotels don't charge until you show up.

Ya, give it like 2-3 days and you should see it cleared. I've never had it taken right away when using expedia.
