So I have to win 20+ games a week(~2800 cap), at a 75% win ratio I'd have to play ~27 games a week, roughly 3x as many in BC/wotlk and 6x as many before patch.

If I'm having a particularly bad week and break even in win ratio, I'd have to play 40+ games just to get my points. 2 minute queue time + 1 minute prep time + 5 minute arena match = ~5-6 hours a week to get my points at 40 games a week.

That's for each toon you have, and at the higher ratings you need more points to cap out, therefore needing more games. Its pretty bad and I dont even PvP, but if I would I would be raging right about now.

I didnt come up with those numbers either, keep reading about a shit load of other broken stuff too.

Take into consideration the fact that a lot of healer/dps games will go until the 45 minute draw timer where both teams lose. I take care of four characters on one of my servers in one sitting every week and it generally takes me around 7 hours. It's going to take me four times as long now just for that server, then I have three other characters spread around on other servers. I'm not going to spend 50+ hours every week for 10-19 weeks(depending on rating) every season to gear up all my alts. I hate to say this because I know I'll just be met with various "You'll be back in a week" responses, but I was already considering quitting WoW recently because the game has been shit since the Cataclysm release, this change just might be the deciding factor.
