Error: F3-F200-0002
I've been fighting with a laptop for about a week now and can't figure out the fix. It's a Dell laptop that had a bad (Fujitsu) hard drive. I replaced the HD (Hitachi) and loaded Windows. Whenever it tries to boot into windows a get a Toshiba pop up error that says Error: F3-F200-0002 click Enter to restart. Every time it restarts I get the same message.
I thought I had the solution when I popped out the cd-rom and saw it was a Toshiba drive. So I stuck another cd-rom in the laptop and reloaded, but I'm still getting the message. Also, I've tried reloaded with three different discs and scanned the new HD to make sure it wasn't borked.
Any suggestions on what else it might be?

Have you tried formatting the new HDD before doing the fresh install?

I've let the windows setup auto format the HD and setup its own partition. I highly doubt that will do anything, but at least it's an option. I don't know what is causing this problem.... I'm at the point where it affecting me because I can't figure it out, lol.
