You need to install a boot manager, like grub4dos. Then you need to put the ISOs on the usb, and specify in the menu.lst file how to load the ISO.

Google sardu or pendrivelinux for stupid easy installation. The installers will make the grub install and menu.lst for you.

Pendrivelinux is what I use and it's great.

It will work fine. I keep a 32GB micro-sd with tons of distros and windows installers, as well as other things like updates and administrative tools.

So assuming I wanted to have a way to boot into things like GParted and SystemRescueCD, but also have some linux distros on hand for both live CD use and install in case I needed to do so, would this work? Like having all of those as live CDs on a USB key and still able to actually perform installs on whatever PC the USB key is booted on? Would those instructions still apply? grub2dos first then sardu or pendrivelinux?

Sardu doesn't work like I need it to work finally

    What I currently have

    Windows 7 AIO FR
    Windows 7 AIO EN
    Ubuntu 32 bits
    Ubuntu 64bits
    Windows XP FR SP2 Student
    Windows XP FR SP3 OEM

So I have 1 folder named Iso

    Inside I have InstallWin7fr.iso
    InstallWin7en.iso

    etc

But Sardu only takes 1 of each kind so 1 ubuntu 1 W7 and 1 XP

Is there anyway to put all these versions on 1 USB key???

Look in the menu.lst file and edit what ISO to use accordingly. I have not used sardu that much, all multiboot installers work pretty much the same way. You can just copy the ubuntu menu.lst entry and modify the iso being used to the other version.

Sorry for the bump but i'm sure it could be of use

After talking with Sardu people they told me that I cannot have more then 1 version of the same windows per KEY

So since I have W7 AIO FR and EN I cannot put them on the same key with Sardu

    Meh lol
