    Mila Kunis talks to play Casey Anthony

    Black Swan actress Mila Kunis is quite known for playing diverse roles, but the latest script that she has her eye on is an upcoming film based on the disappearance and murder of Caylee Anthony.

    Mila would play the role of Caylee's recently acquitted mother, Casey Anthony, according to Canyon News.

    The film's script is based on a forthcoming fictional book written by Kathleen McKenna and Marti Rulli, and is slated for release later this year.

    So for the more legal minded:

    If they make this movie, and show Casey killing her daughter in it, can Casey sue them?

    I'm not sure what laws are in place for something like this.

    I think she has to sign off on the movie rights in the first place. So if she fails at reading the contract (and I'd imagine like everyone in hollywood is pro at that shit), then I doubt it as it'll probably have some clause about "poetic license".
